Yes we are an approved provider of home help and lawn mowing services for Workcover/Worksafe and the TAC.

Be sure to tell us:
- Your Workcover or TAC Insurance company Name
- Your Claim number
- Your case manager’s name and contact phone number if possible
- How many hours and whether weekly or fortnightly frequency is required.
Depending on the rate paid by your insurer we may need you to contribute a small gap fee per hour if the rate they pay is far below the usual price we charge. However we take care of invoicing your insurer monthly and pay your cleaner in the meantime. In most cases we will call your insurance case manager as soon as you have called us to confirm your claim details and fax them an approval form the same day. As soon as we receive a signed copy faxed back as written approval we can send our cleaner to you and get your services underway without further ado.

Tips for Trouble free Ongoing Authorisation of Services:
Please be aware that we are usually only authorised for a few months at a time, sometimes less. When our authorisation nears its expiry date we will contact your insurer to extend it. However, they may require that you provide a new medical referral. Please understand that the insurer will not authorize us until they have received this and we therefore can not send our cleaners until we are authorised. We can not risk sending our cleaners if they may not get paid.
The quickest, most effective way to ensure your services are not interrupted is to have your doctor fax a copy of your medical referral to our office on 9841 6522. We can then fax the medical referral to your insurer with our authorisation extension form to allow quick processing and minimize delays in authorisation being granted and received by our office.
