While we normally post these to your address simply request an email version for instant access and assistance.
Our Household Priority Checklist is such a quick and easy way to stimulate your thinking about what you require and value. Simply hand it to your cleaner when they arrive to communicate in a detailed concrete way they can refer to and learn effectively.
Our short term memories quickly become overwhelmed with too many verbal instructions. Add to this emotions, such as nervousness and self-consciousness, which are common when meeting someone new and starting a new job. When you think of it this way you can understand why an easy to complete checklist is so much less intimidating and time-consuming for both you and your cleaner and so much more effective long-term.
Communication Journal
From there our gift to you is a Communication journal for you and your cleaner to use, especially if you prefer not to be home when they are working. Simply write any instructions and our cleaner will sign so you know they have been read. This is also an easy way for them to let you know if any new supplies are needed.
Replacement workers only a phone call away
The ability to quickly arrange a replacement for your allocated worker with just a single phone call is a much appreciated benefit of using Meticulous Cleaning Services.
If your regular worker is sick or taking holidays they will contact you to arrange to work on an alternative day and time in the same week. However, if this does not suit you or they are unavailable for any reason longer than a week such as sickness or holidays, simply call our office for a replacement to fill in until your regular cleaner returns and resumes with you. At all times we are committed to reliable, consistent service minimizing any inconvenience or disruption to our valued clients.
And if for any reason you feel the worker we have allocated to you is not the right match simply call us. It is our commitment to you to continue to search for and train the right person for your satisfaction.
