Easy Payment Options
Our preferred payment options are:
- Cheque
- Credit Card
Cheque payment made out to “Meticulous Cleaning Services” should be handed to or left out for our cleaners each time they clean. If you need a few extra tasks done simply add the cost of the extra time to the total. You remain in control of your cleaning and budget. Cheque payment also ensures a secure cash free transaction for your safety and that of our cleaners. Any queries from either side can be easily traced with bank records and resolved securely and effectively.
Credit Card payment offers the ultimate fuss-free convenience. Simply provide your Visa or Mastercard number and expiry confidentially to our trustworthy office staff. These are securely maintained and accessed by our office staff only – for your security. To ensure accuracy and prevent incorrect overcharging:
- For a once off clean our staff will call the office to confirm the hours and total when their work is complete and we will then process the charge.
- For regular cleaning weekly or fortnightly we simply process the charge when we receive your cleaners weekly timesheet so please ensure funds are available until that occurs. Please keep in mind that If they are slow to submit time-sheets this can delay the payments being charged. If at any time you would like clarification simply call and Lyndall is happy to assist. However, we have found over many years that this process ensures that clients are only ever charged for cleaning they have received at the correct amount and eliminates any risk of being over-charged when cleans are missed or changed for any reason.
Please be assured there is no surcharge or any other additional charge for paying by credit card. We simply offer it as a secure option for your convenience.
Alternative Payment Options:
- Cash. Please understand that we prefer not to operate on a cash basis. Our experiences over many years have shown that carrying and storing cash can put our valued clients and cleaners at risk of theft with no paper trail or legal recourse. However, should you not have access to other payment options please speak to our office staff and request an exception be made for you.
- Money Order: is a simply secure alternative anyone can access for a small fee via Australia Post. Particularly suitable for 1-off cleans
- Bank cheques can be provided by your bank for a small fee by attending your local branch. Particularly suitable for payment of 1-off cleans.
- Online Transfer is not our preferred method but can be arranged by speaking with our office staff who can email our banking details to you for prompt payment on the day of cleaning. We understand more people are utilizing the ease of on-line banking and recommend that this is an easy and secure option for 1-off cleans or regular cleans by just once creating a scheduled transfer for the frequency of your weekly or fortnightly cleaning on-going.
- Invoiced Cleaning. We are happy to provide a receipt for 1-off services or a monthly receipt for regular cleaning services mailed directly to you at no extra charge. However, if you require regular invoicing then we charge a slightly higher hourly rate to cover the additional administrative costs of providing this service to you.
